IV. Hebrew & Aramaic Key Terms

When checking OT key terms, one obvious task is to synchronize the renderings for Hebrew terms with those for their Aramaic counterparts. This concerns anything from animals (e.g. wild donkey) to administrative units (e.g. province) and to titles for God (e.g. Most High). A team that has come up with a translation equivalent for a difficult Hebrew term should make sure that it uses the same solution in the Aramaic sections, where applicable.
These tables are meant to help with that. They allow to quickly identify Hebrew cognates for Aramaic terms, or vice versa.
The tables could be expanded and refined, but as they are they cover a good percentage of those terms for which such a comparison of Hebrew and Aramaic would be relevant (well over hundred).
For convenience, I offer different PDF files ordered by different columns. Unfortunately, the alphabetical sorting by Aramaic and Hebrew is flawed after the first letter.
